1. Business Information
This website is operated by Bay Commerce LLC, doing business as Caldwell Air. By placing an order through caldwellair.com, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are sold new. Manufacturer warranty coverage is provided in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Product specifications are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and ACH bank payments, as well as bank transfers for large orders.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Products ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distribution center. Delivery times vary by manufacturer, product, availability, destination, and delivery requirements.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, product prices do not include shipping or freight charges.
For orders placed directly through our website, shipping terms applicable to each order are those displayed on the product page and at checkout at the time the order is placed. Applicable shipping and freight charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before the customer places the order.
For orders placed through our quotation process, shipping terms and applicable freight charges are specified in the written quotation and included in the total quoted amount before purchase.
Shipping terms and pricing may change for future orders, but any change will not affect an order already accepted by Caldwell Air.
Large or heavy products typically ship via LTL freight. Services such as liftgate delivery, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, inside delivery, appointment delivery, redelivery, reconsignment, detention, remote-area service, address correction, oversized handling, storage, or other carrier accessorial services incur additional charges.
For orders placed directly through our website, available optional delivery services and their applicable charges are displayed in the shopping cart and included in the order total at checkout when selected. For orders placed through our quotation process, applicable special delivery charges are specified in the written quotation.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for ensuring appropriate receiving capability for freight shipments. If additional charges arise because delivery information was incomplete, inaccurate, or changed after order acceptance, the customer is responsible for those charges.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Because our products are industrial equipment shipped direct from the manufacturer, all sales are final unless Caldwell Air approves a return or cancellation in writing. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, customer ordering error, project cancellation, change of mind, or products that have been used, installed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization.
If a return is approved, a Return Authorization number is required before anything is shipped back. The customer is responsible for return freight, insurance, and any manufacturer restocking or cancellation charges. Special-order, non-standard, assembled-to-order, or manufacturer-approved production items may not be cancelable or returnable once processing has started.

6. Warranty
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer, product line, model, configuration, and required maintenance or start-up conditions. Caldwell Air does not provide a separate product warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability
Caldwell Air's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from us.
