1. Business Information
This website is operated by Bay Commerce LLC, doing business as Caldwell Air. By placing an order through caldwellair.com, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are sold new with full manufacturer warranty. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Product specifications are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for large orders.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Products ship directly from the manufacturer or authorized distribution center. Delivery times vary by manufacturer, product, availability, destination, and delivery requirements.
Shipping terms applicable to each order are those displayed on the product page and at checkout at the time the order is placed. When a product is advertised as including free standard shipping or freight, the cost of standard delivery to an eligible address within the 48 contiguous United States is included in the advertised product price, and no separate standard shipping charge will be added at checkout.
If Caldwell Air offers a product with a separate shipping charge, that charge will be clearly disclosed on the product page or at checkout before the customer submits the order. Shipping offers and pricing may change for future orders, but any change will not affect an order already accepted by Caldwell Air.
Large or heavy products may ship by LTL freight. Free or included standard shipping does not include optional or special delivery services. Services such as liftgate delivery, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, inside delivery, appointment delivery, redelivery, reconsignment, detention, remote-area service, address correction, oversized handling, storage, or other carrier accessorial services may be subject to additional charges.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for ensuring appropriate receiving capability for freight shipments. If additional charges arise because delivery information was incomplete, inaccurate, or changed after order acceptance, the customer is responsible for those charges.
5. Returns and Cancellations
All sales are final unless Caldwell Air approves a return or cancellation in writing. Any approved return must be coordinated with Caldwell Air before shipment. Do not ship any product back without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
To initiate a return, contact us at (727) 900-5977 or sales@caldwellair.com. Returns are subject to a restocking fee and the product must be in original, unused condition with all packaging.
6. Warranty
All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty Information page for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
Caldwell Air's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from us.
