Shipping
Orders over $2,500 ship free via LTL freight to commercial addresses in the contiguous 48 states.
How It Works
- Processing Time: Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days.
- Transit Time: Standard LTL freight delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping Method: Compressors, dryers, and tanks ship via LTL freight on pallets. Smaller items may ship via UPS/FedEx.
- Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Delivery Requirements
- A loading dock or forklift is recommended for freight deliveries.
- If you don't have dock access, liftgate delivery is available for an additional charge.
- Residential deliveries may incur additional fees.
- You must inspect all shipments upon delivery and note any damage on the bill of lading.

Returns
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
- Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
- A restocking fee of 15-25% may apply depending on the product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please photograph any damage and note it on the freight bill of lading at the time of delivery.
Warranty Claims
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For warranty issues, contact us and we'll coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
