Shipping
Large items ship by LTL freight. Freight cost varies by destination and delivery requirements and will be calculated at checkout or confirmed before processing.
Shipping Method
Due to the size and weight of industrial compressed air equipment, most orders ship via LTL freight carrier. Smaller items such as filters, lubricants, and parts may ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Handling & Transit Times
- Order Processing: Ingersoll Rand: 3–5 business days. Rolair: ~4 weeks (assembled to order).
- Transit Time: 5-7 business days via freight carrier
- Total Estimated Delivery: Ingersoll Rand: 8–12 business days. Rolair: 5–6 weeks from time of order.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Rolair Processing Time
Rolair products are assembled to order at their manufacturing facility. Please allow approximately four weeks for processing and assembly before shipment. Transit time is additional and begins once the product leaves the manufacturer. Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on the model and current factory workload. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Liftgate & Residential Delivery
If you require liftgate service or residential delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote. Additional fees may apply for these services.
