Shipping
Products ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distribution center.
Caldwell Air ships only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping terms applicable to each order are those displayed on the product page and at checkout at the time the order is placed. When free standard shipping or freight is advertised, standard delivery to an eligible address within the 48 contiguous United States is included in the product price and no separate standard shipping charge will be added at checkout. If a separate shipping charge applies to a product, it will be clearly disclosed before the order is submitted.
Shipping Method
Due to the size and weight of industrial compressed air equipment, many orders ship via LTL freight carrier. Smaller items such as filters, lubricants, parts, and accessories may ship via UPS, FedEx Ground, or another parcel carrier.
Handling & Transit Times
Processing and transit times vary by manufacturer, product availability, destination, and delivery requirements. Any lead or delivery times provided on the website, in a quote, or in an order confirmation are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.
Rolair Processing Time
Rolair products are assembled to order at their manufacturing facility. Please allow approximately four weeks for processing and assembly before shipment. Transit time is additional and begins once the product leaves the manufacturer. Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on the model and current factory workload. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Liftgate & Special Delivery Services
Free or included standard shipping does not include optional or special delivery services. Certain LTL freight deliveries may require services such as liftgate delivery, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, inside delivery, or other carrier accessorial services.
Where applicable, available special delivery services and their charges will be identified separately during the ordering process. Additional carrier charges may also apply if delivery information is incomplete, inaccurate, or changed after order acceptance.

Returns
All sales are final unless Caldwell Air approves a return or cancellation in writing. Do not return any product without prior authorization from Caldwell Air.
If a return is authorized, Caldwell Air will provide the specific return instructions and authorized return destination applicable to that product. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
