Refund & Return Policy
Returns
Caldwell Air accepts returns of unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15-25% may apply depending on the product and manufacturer.
To initiate a return, please contact us at (888) 555-0199 or sales@caldwellair.com before shipping any product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly — whether that means a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-configured equipment, opened lubricants and fluids, and installed parts are not eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product's return eligibility.
